• Custom and personalized items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
• Non-custom items may be returned within 14 days of delivery in unused, original condition.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your item arrives damaged or there is an error with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item with clear photos so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds will be issued once the returned item is received and inspected.
