Shipping Policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment.

  • Custom 3D print orders may take longer; we’ll provide estimated production time before confirming.

  • No processing or shipping on weekends/holidays.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

  • Standard delivery: 3-5 business days after processing.

  • Tracking info will be emailed once shipped.

  • We currently ship to U.S. only 

Delays, Damage & Lost Packages

  • Delivery times may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.

  • If an order arrives damaged or is lost, contact us within 30 days with details/photos so we can resolve the issue.

International Orders (If Applicable)

  • Customs fees, duties, or taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
