Many of our items are handmade, made-to-order, and/or customized. Slight variations in color, texture, and finish may occur and are considered part of the handmade nature of our products.

We accept secure payments through third-party payment processors. Miles of Smiles Prints does not store or have access to your full payment details.

• Custom & Personalized Orders

All custom and personalized orders are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or cancellation once production has begun.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all personalization details, including names, spelling, dates, and design choices, are correct before submitting their order. Miles of Smiles Prints is not responsible for errors provided by the customer.

• Shipping & Delivery

Processing times vary by product and order volume. Estimated shipping times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the shipping carrier. Miles of Smiles Prints is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances beyond our control.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.

• Returns, Refunds & Damages

Non-custom items may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery in unused, original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Custom and personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange unless the item arrives damaged or defective due to our error.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must contact us within 14 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue so we may properly assist you.

Approved refunds will be issued after the returned item is received and inspected.
